Mr. Popper is a penguin who lives in Cuddletown.
Appearance[]
He is a rather fat penguin, black with white on his stomach and face. He has a silver star on the bottom of his foot. He wears a thin blue belt over one shoulder, which he carries his Icestone dagger in.
